Compensation
This role offers a base salary plus commission structure. First-year income is typically between $45,000 and $65,000.

Responsibilities
- Prospect and engage prospective customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
- Quote, sell, and cross-sell across multiple product lines (auto, home, life, and related insurance/financial products).
- Build and maintain relationships with new customers to turn initial conversations into long-term policyholders.
- Prepare, process, and service policies (applications, endorsements, renewals, and documentation) to ensure accurate and timely production.
- Support daily sales activity by following up on leads, tracking opportunities, and coordinating next steps to meet office goals.
- Participate in community outreach and marketing events to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
- Maintain accurate customer and policy records in accordance with company standards and compliance requirements.
- Work with the team to achieve sales targets and office objectives, including sharing insights and improving conversion processes.
Qualifications
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses, including
- Property and Casualty License
- Life and Health License
- Employer reimburses licensing costs after 90 days of employment.
Compensation $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
